Should I unlock my Blackberry?

If you cannot use your Blackberry with the carrier of your choice, then you should unlock it.

What is Blackberry unlocking?

Unlocking your Blackberry will remove any restriction from your original carrier and allow you to use the phone with any carrier.

Is unlocking my Blackberry safe?

The unlocking is harmless and in no way tampers with your phone. It does not affect reception or battery life.

What is IMEI?

IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. This is your phone’s unique international identification number.

How do I retrieve my IMEI?

1. Power the phone ON.

2. Select Options.

3. Select Status. Your IMEI should appear starting with a 0 or 3.

What if it does not work?

In most cases, we should be able to provide you with your unlocking code. If we are unable to, we will refund you right away. Just send us a picture of your phone showing the IMEI number and another picture of your phone still locked.
