The other way is to just provide us with IMEI below and we’ll send you the codes.
1. Power the phone ON.
2. Select Options.
3. Select Status. Your IMEI should appear starting with a 0 or 3.
If you have less than 3 chances to enter the codes, please use the software so that your phone does not get permanently locked.
